Natalia Zwarts is a lecturer at the Hague University of Applied Sciences, specializing in wargaming. She implemented wargames into NATO Civil-Military Cooperation Center of Excellence training and concept development. Previously she coordinated NATO Anti-Submarine Warfare Capability Development at the Headquarters in Brussels and worked at the Civil-Military Cooperation Centre of Excellence (CCOE).
