Kzona and Youth Initiative for Human Rights implemented the project “Initiate socially responsible change through the exchange of knowledge, the development of soft skills and training” with 3 halfday workshops in Sisak, Vukovar and Zagreb for young unemployed NEETs (from 18 to 29 years of age), unemployed national minorities and unemployed women. Workshops included getting to know each other and sharing jobhunting experiences, exercises on recognizing your own skills and knowledge, lectures on writing successful CVs  and business communication, training on writing CVs and motivation letters, interactive workshop on self-assessment of skilss and knowledge and a training on job interviews.

The second part of the workshop was dedicated to social entrepreneurship and possibilities of starting your own social enterprise. On-line consultations were held for strengthening  capacities for getting a job and development of soft-skills for 35 users.
